Our homes start at $500K. Most models come in around $500 per square foot.

Yes, our homes were specific designed for people dealing with CIRS in mind. Many of our mold-free features were developed in coordination with CIRS doctors and other mold specialists.

No. Drywall would be the worse thing we could put into our homes. We will never use it in any of our homes.

Our homes have been specifically designed to be mold-free and it would be extremely unlikely to have mold occur in them if you follow the protocols we outline for keeping your home mold-free.
However, if mold is found in the home we can support you to remedy the situation and determine the cause of the mold occurrence.
All our homes will have monitoring systems in them so if anything changes in the air quality of the home you will be notified so we can remedy the situation before it becomes a problem. -
Yes, the reservation is 100% refundable if you don’t end up buying one of our homes. It can also be used as part of your presale on the home.

Yes, there are a variety of finishes you can select from and you can also add custom options if needed.

Not at this time, however we are working towards completing our first development in 2026.

No, we don’t use wood in our building envelopes. Using OSB, ply, wood studs, or any other type of organic material will end up rotting and molding at some point.
If we did use wood in the building envelope that would mean we couldn’t promise mold-free homes.
