Our homes have been specifically designed to be mold-free and it would be extremely unlikely to have mold occur in them if you follow the protocols we outline for keeping your home mold-free.
However, if mold is found in the home we can support you to remedy the situation and determine the cause of the mold occurrence.
All our homes will have monitoring systems in them so if anything changes in the air quality of the home you will be notified so we can remedy the situation before it becomes a problem.

No, we don’t use wood in our building envelopes. Using OSB, ply, wood studs, or any other type of organic material will end up rotting and molding at some point.
