We grow tired of being in an industry where 95% of so-called luxury homes are built with the cheapest possible materials and could be blown away by a minor storm.
Where the health of the indoor environment is compromised and most industry professionals are not even aware or the ones that are are ok with it as long as they are making a profit.
Magis was developed to build homes for people dealing with CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) which is typically a response to mold inside their living environment. Our challenge was to build homes that are mold-free, to provide safe spaces for people who are highly sensitive to chemicals, to make homes that last, to make homes that are affordable,
