01 ENGAGEMENT + MODEL SELECTION

Property review, feasibility studies, geotech report review, client discovery of needs and vision.
02 PERMITTING + SITE PLANNING
Coordination of all consultant drawings and submittal to the local building department.
Schematic design, design development, construction drawings, GC vetting and hiring.
Bidding packages and bid management.
03 CONSTRUCTION
MAGIS assists the GC by providing oversight and quality control of materials and processes.
Site visits, verifications, SIREWALL management, and build-out.
Budget oversight, project management, final review.
04 POST-CONSTRUCTION
Home occupancy support.
