 Reservation FAQs

  • All reservations are fully refundable in full prior to making a pre-sale deposit on a home. If you do not choose to include your reservation fee in your pre-sale deposit it will automatically refunded to you.
    When the development you are in line for, breaks ground your reservation will turn into a non-refundable pre-sale deposit. You will be notified up to 12 weeks in advance the development breaking ground so you can make a final decision on purchasing a Magis Healthy Home in that development.

  • Yes, you can choose any model available or request a custom designed home. Even after you have made a reservation you can change the model you want prior to the home being purchased.

  • Individual homes are estimated to take 6 - 9 to be completed from plans/permits to moving in.
    Developments are estimated to take 9 - 18 months to complete.

  • Not at this time, however we are working towards completing our first development in 2026.

  • Yes, there are a variety of finishes you can select from and you can also add custom options if needed.

  • After you place a reservation you will be notified regularly about the process and progress of the home you are looking to purchase.

  • Yes, if you have paid a reservation fee you are guaranteed a home.

  • We can build healthy homes anywhere in the US and Canada right now and we are working on offering homes in other countries which should be available soon.
    Custom homes are available in any county right now and we will be adding available models to new countries soon.

  • Yes, we can build for individuals anywhere in the USA and Canada. Our developments are starting in the Rocky Mountain regions.

  • Yes, our homes were specific designed for people dealing with CIRS in mind. Many of our mold-free features were developed in coordination with CIRS doctors and other mold specialists.

  • No. Drywall would be there worse thing we could put into our homes. We will never use it in any of our homes.
